Anyone know about the DSE216 components? I'm a newb (these days...) and am looking for a good component set... wondering if these are worth the money? I have a RF amp that's 50Wx2 @ 4 ohms and 100wx2 @ 2... should i go with infinity kappas to get the extra wattage @ 2 ohms? also looking at diamond audio hex s600s's. I have no idea wtf to get to have a quality sound and i want to not spend money on another amp as i just got this one not too long ago and it has seen little use.

btw most reviews of the rockford amp state that it puts out more like 75w @ 4ohms... nevertheless, let's assume it will be 50w minimum.


CLIFFNOTES - looking at MB Quartz DSE216, are they good and will they work well @ 50w + 4ohms.

I would go with the Diamonds or the MB's. You really can't go wrong either way.

That amp that you have will work fine. I to have a RF amp (P4004). It is rated at a min of 50x4 but the certificate says 70x4.

Personally I have Diamond Audio Hex series speakers front and back and with an amp, they are amazingly crisp and clear. I've never heard a clearer speaker.

Both of these ^ speakers will work well with the amp that you have. they need 30-90w RMS (MB Q)
