For plasitc im scratch sanding with about 400 grit so it give the paint something to stick to. and doing a base coat of flat black, and then a very thin *holding the can about a foot away* coat of gloss black. Just dupla color paint.

And for the pad ie the air back.. black interior dye you can pick it up online

i have to know...what bolts did i miss to get the damn dash out!!!

i had it so it would wiggle about an inch all around, but it just wouldn't come out....i wanna get it wrapped in carbon fiber next time i go over seas so get at me about this when you get a chance...

i would have completely gutted the car first, then drove around like that for a few days (i just like the look/feel of a car with no trim pieces....kinda fun and interesting) then assembled.

dude...my car was gutted...the only thing in it was the damn dash...i even took the gauge pod out to see if there were some behind it...even went so far as to unbolt the shackle holding the steering colum up...nothing....i was so pissed i just put the dash back together so i could drive and left it like that for a couple days....car had a little get-up-and-go for being about 500 lbs worth of interior and 150 lbs of audio equipment lighter....

i should have taken pics...:disgust:

its 3 bolts above the ECU and it comes out as one piece. Right now this project is on hold till i get my Red carpet and center console.
