Ipod Nano + Car Stereo?
I see people all the time getting Ipods and hooking them up to thier cars. I haven't seen any with Nano's though, and most of the time, these cars have stock stereo systems.
What I want to know is, can I get a Ipod Nano and hook it up to my headunit (aftermarket Kenwood) and it play the music through my 2 amps and subs and everything?

yes you can..it will play just like a cd, just search in the cardomain store..cardomain.com and the ipod tab and you will find what you are looking for..now this is what i have for my stock system but they also make it for aftermarket ones, it only cost like $50 but the ones on cardomain cost like $100 or more

ipod ready?
is your kenwood ipod ready? i have a panasonic and it is ipod ready meaning all i had to do was by the ipod adapter(which also charges my battery) and the ipod menu appears on my panasonic receiver's screen.
i used to have a transmitter but that was aggravating.
^or do wat he said about the rca input. that works too just gotta constantly charge ur ipod

I am selling one of those as well but only for the stock stereo it works with any ipod except the shuffle, for obvious reasons, I paid 175 for it willing to take 100 for it pm me if you want it. It installs very easily it has a blue plug just like the one up top, that plugs into the back of your stereo and your ready to go.
wow really? I think its because yours is a auxilary input adapter which allows you to plug in rca cables and plug it into the headphone part of the ipod. Mine plugs into the bottom of it so apparently it has better sound quality and what not. although I must say that its does sound better from the bottom plug.

Most of the iPod adapters made for aftermarket units that cost $100+ are more than just an aux input, they charge the iPod, and allow you to control the iPod through the radio itself, allowing you to leave the iPod in the glovebox or something and not have to look at it.
I would rather pay $100 for something that does what I mentioned above, than $50 for just an aux input.
What model Kenwood is it? If it was made in 2003 or newer, you can use this for your iPod: http://www.kenwoodusa.com/products/L...&k3=58&pr=1847
