Viper Alarm problem???

Ok guys when I bought it has a viper alarm system not sure what model but anyways first when i got it it worked perfect but now sometimes it doest work like the remote doesnt transmit it anygood I changed the batteries and used a diffrent remote still didnt work sometimes it does somtimes it dont it gets stuck on somtimes what a racket when I cant disarm it Ive had it out looking at it under the steering wheel and if u put the remote there then it used to work perfect but then I put it back in doesnt work right????? any ideas????

check the antenna cable, when you put it back under your dash it might be getting pinched somewhere. Other than that you swapped out the battery and remote, next try swapping the antenna and brain

Ok I have checked the antena and the remote battery what do you mean by swapping antenna and brain???
