What Amp do you have.. is that 600 Watts RMS or 600 Watts Peak?.... Want something just plain loud.. want something to still sound very good and play loud?.. how much of your trunk you willing to sacrifice?.

Cheers

how much are you willing to spend? and the 600 watt is probably the peak. for most people it's loud enough(cause i have that n all my friends think its loud) but for me it isn't.

I plan on getting an Alpine V12 amp that is 600x1 watts RMS to power a RF Power HX2 12". That should be loud enough for me. make sure you get dynamat or something similiar. my friend put 2 15" kickers in his corolla and everything rattles. my brother and I just laughed at him.

this kid that goes to my skool has 2 12" kicker comps in his corcica (sp?) and oh boy, that thing rattles like B!TCH! he's kind of tight with money so he just stuffed old towels in the trunk(part that lifts up) and that helped a lil bit.. so if you cant afford dynomats, use towels!

before i got my 1000watt rockford, i had a 360w RF amp(rated at 552) and it made the 2 HE2 pound, i am starting to see wear on the HE2 from the abuse the 1000watt gives...
