Alright, before someone says the word "Search", I have done lots of it and no post has a clear answer. I have an 05 SE. It has the factory 6 disc mp3. Is this opening with the SE trim double din, or bigger than double din? Can I just add a pocket and ISO mount the headunit or will there be gaps? Ive looked at some of your pics on here where you have the double din kit, but it goes far over on the right side with that angular piece, and the SE trim is very smooth and uniform, it doesnt look like that kit would look right on the SE. Can someone please verify this once and for all? Thanks!

i have a 2005 also with that HU, and when i put in my single din HU in, i had bought the kit for a single din civic, but it didn't fit, so i had to chop up that kit to just slide that pocket in t'ill they come out with a kit for the double din civics. I don't know if they made one, but down here, they don't have any at our local audio shops. i think you'd probably be better off getting that complete dash piece off of a single din civic, maybe at a junkyard. if you want pick of what i did, i'll email you the pics. it doesn't look too good but i'm leaving it like that t'ill they come out with a kit or t'ill i get a dash piece from another civic
