im looking to power a couple sets of components, not looking to power any subs with it. can anyone give me a few other options that might be cheaper for powering components and sound good.

3 bills for that amp. Hell, you could get a JL e4300 for about 2 and a half bills and it'd blow the ***** off that amp. I'd definitely try some other sites to buy from, or local shops. Here are a few sites to browse.

well after a week of debatting on which amp to get i made my decision. my choices were the mtx, infinity, pioneer, audiobahn and kicker. these are the choices at circuit city and i have a buddy that works there that got me a discount so i opted for the infinity 7541a. this amp sounded the best overall and there is plenty of power to upgrade my speakers in the future.

it going to power some infinity kappa 60.7cs components and 692.7i 6x9's its going to sound sweet

the one thing about MTX amps is they are normally way under rated for capability

Dude why the hell are you going to cruthfield. There **** is so overpriced. I mean they are famous, but still you can better deal on this site for much cheaper.

I orderd last week and installed An AMP,Deck, works great. Check it out.

soltex, if you would carefully read my post i did not go to crutchfield, i got the amp from circuit city because a buddy of mine works there and got me an awesome deal on the amp. so before you start bashing on people read the post more carefully.
