amp not working....?

ok, well i installed a switch to turn my amp on and off, i got the switch grounded, to the accessory, and to the power like your supposed to, and it worked for lik a month, and then all of a sudden it stopped cuz one of the wires fell out of the switch, so i redid all of the wiring with new connectors to the back of the switch, and when i turn the car on and flip the switch, the amp makes a clicking noise like it did before when i flipped the switch and it sounds like it got the power but it just wont turn on, i checked all of the fuses and there not blown, did i completley blow the amp?
im going to go to the store and buy a new inline fuse and a new fuse for the amp and replace those, and if it doesnt work, i dont know what happened, i hope i dont have to get a new amp, by the way, my amp is lik 2 years old and is a kenwood 450 watt 2 channel amp

do this go to bestbuy, buy a cheap amp. try hooking that amp. If it works then your amp is gone.

ok, well my car was $9500, me and my dad got it down from the tag price of $11,500, good deal, and ive been workin since the day i turned 14, so i had $14,000 saved up, so bought my car, boguht an ebay intake, $50, ebay grill $40 and tyc taillights $125, then i paid for car insurance $1800, and found a xenon body kit already painted NHBP for $400 off ebay, and the side skirts had a few cracks in em so i got new sides off www.andysautosport.com and got my exgirlfriends dad to paint em for me, and since he likes me it was only $75 for paint, i installed them myself, and just boguht neuspeed sport lowering springs and enkei evo 5 bronze rims both were $1100 and paid insurance again for the next 6 months, another $1800, and did some small things here and there with my engine bay, painted fuse box and battery tie down and blacked out headlights, people get pissed at me all the time there lik your only 16, how the hell do u have all the money to do all that stuff to your car, but yea, and i hav the stock headunit, all i have is the kenwood 450 watt amp and 2 10" JBL 1000Watt GT series subs

edit: oh yea, i got a megan racing cat-back for $350 too
