Kenwood headunit wiring problem. Sound system questions
Kenwood headunit wiring problem. Sound system questions
Wired up my head unit (Kdc-MP522) in an 05 Civic Coupe last night. All is well except for it has no memory (Constant power supply). I have the yellow and red wire from the head unit wired up to the red wire coming from the car. The Yellow wire coming from the car has no voltage when tested. I checked all of the fuses under the dash, none of which were blown. Are there other fuses I am missing possibly? I have also notice that the door buzzer does not sound while the door is open and the key is turned to ACC and my trip does not reappear after I power my car off and back on. The trip defaults back to the Odometer reading.
On a different note, what adapter is everyone using to mount there 61/2 in the door? Will an aftermarket tweeter fit in the stock tweeter location?
My main questions is with the Kenwood head unit.
Thanks,
Chris
