Problems with Avic-N1

Sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesnt. It'll turn on after I remote state my car and then fold out and in and then not turn on after that. So there is power going to the unit but it wont turn on. It worked fine yesterday after I installed it. Anybody went through a similar problem?

Now I have a different problem... The screen keeps going into test mode. Sometimes it wont sometimes it will. When i put the navigation disk in, it goes into test mode. You cant use any of the controls while its in test mode. Anybody else have this problem?
