I didnt see a thread specifically about ikesound.com, so I wanted to double check that they're a reputable website, I figure its a dumb question and they are, but I just wanted to double check.

Everyone I know that has ordered stuff from them hasn't been ripped off or anything...and their prices aren;t too bad either..

I have ordered many things from them. The first few things went perfectly smooth and the product was perfect (Amp, Subs, and some other stuff). My most recent order was for a set of speakers. Apparently they were out of stock and they told me they would ship them as soon as they arrived. Well they never arrived and they took forever to respond to me and give me a straight answer. However When I told them I wanted a refund they had no problem with that and credited me back the money promptly. Overall I would say they are very busy and just a little understaffed. But I would not hesitate to order from them again in the future. Their prices are often awesome and like I said, all my other times went smooth and quick.

i oredered my clarion deck there and man service is good. even when my deck was ****ed up (no abuse on it or anything regular use) i got a new one through warrenty...i can vouch for there service an i give it A+++++

a member from caraudio.com said their a great website to order ICE from. but also hard to deal with when it comes to warrantys/exhanges/returns..

If you search, there are posts about Ikesound. But yes, they have been good to me. Great prices on some things too.
