I'm wanting to go for SQ and currently I have 6.5" Components, Mids in the doors and 1" tweeter in the factory tweeter location. I have 6.5" Coax also in the rear. I'm adding 2 subs also but won't over do it with the bass. I'm wanting to know what else i should do to make the SQ awesome. More Speakers? Components, Coax? Whats your opinions.

I'm going to have the Clarion VRX755VD 7" this July, but right now i have the Pioneer DEH-P6400 HU, I have 6.5" Kicker Components, and 6.5" Coax. And soon will have 2 S12L7's. I have a Kicker 350.4 amp running the highs and mids, and will have a 1200.1 running my subs. I want to stay with kicker though. Any help?

Tuning it will be the only really left to do. Make sure you are giving much more power to the front speakers than the rear. Set your gains properly and play with some of the tuning on the amps. If you dont' already have it, go to town on the sound deadening and you'll up the SQ.

How about an equalizer? Will that help me fine tune everything? I thought about Dynamat to help everything. Yea the gains are up on the fronts, and when you put your head in the middle of the car you can he the components up front more. My audio shop it going to be doing a fiberglass box in the trunk, i think i might do components in the trunk too, so when i have it open it will sound awesome as well. I'm having trouble coming up with ideas for the box though, any places with pictures of custom installs?

get a nice 31 band equalizer and have someone with experience tune it for you. it will be the best move. i don't think i would add more speakers but thats your call.

Rufus (member name) has a nice install(forgot the products, but he did use microsuede if I remember correctly). Hondasales has a really nice Image Dynamics install. J187 has a simple clean JL install that's real nice. Car Audio and electronics has an archived article of a black 01 that kenwood did that's really awesome. EX03 has an uncompleted install (from the last time I saw) on his Sound domain install that's really nice. Those are a few that come to mind.
