i have about 1000-200 to spend i need

2- 12's
Amp to put subs
I also want to upgrade from the stock speakers
but i have amps to push those already.

I'm not exactly an expert on car audio, but one thing that would be nice to know is what amp do you have to push the speakers with? Another thing I heard....you can buy speakers for the front, amp them, leave the back stock(or buy new and dont amp them), and amp the two subs.....so that the back doesnt drown out the front....w/o buying rear speakers...it could save $100 or so.....not much, but it helps....that's my $.02
