good reasonable price sub

i have a phoenix gold octane R amplifier. it is a 400w amp with 200w going to its 2 channels. Right now i have it hooked to 2 old 12" hifonics subs and i was wantin to just go to one 12. What subs do u suggest? i was thinkin' maybe an infinity kappa perfect but would my amp be powerful enough to push it?

i need something to get me through until i can save up for a new amp and jl audio 12w7 sub.

You can take a look at this thread: http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=206231

Again, like i said in the thread, I'd recommend an Adire Audio Shiva.

What price is "reasonable?"

Are Shiva's not available. I've seen threads saying they aren't available anywhere.

400w rms should be plenty for a kappa perfect. They are rated at 350, but they can take at least 400-450. Infinity underrates the subs alot.

seeing as you already have a phoenix gold octane-r amp, why not go for an octane-r or octane-zr sub
