anyone know what gauge size the factory battery wirings are? the negative and positive. my best guess is 8 gauge?

Yes it is 8 awg, any specific reason why you're asking? I replaced my grounds and the wire that goes from the alternator to the battery with 4 awg.

now when u talk bout i was just wondering...since now ur trafereing more power then ur not suppost to..does it have effect on the other wires ?
