aight so i went out to start my car up, and it wont start....so i think hey i will jump it i got my buddy to jump the car and it started after about 2 trys.....we took the cables off and i let it run with nothing on for appx 20 mins, reved well.......idled well....all on its own. Turned the car off and no start.....and tried to jump again.......no dice

i think i just have a dead batt. but i am not sure i am going to go to the auto store tomm at 730 to get a new batt, but i have to have the car running by 10 cause i have to go to work.........

YALL THINK IT IS THE BATTERY........?

i have took out and disconnected the amp power wire, and took the fuse out of my radio

someone hit me up within the next few mins....so i can pass out in peace.....or not pass out at all......

btw i came home about 2 hrs ago.....so it only sat for appx two hrs.....?


all my lights and everything was off as well.....


anyways i am passing out someone hit this thread up so i am not a complete moron tomm at discount auto

Sounds like a dead battery to me, I would of course make sure they test the battery *if its dead it won't take long*, the only other thing it could be would be the alternator, but you would have trouble keeping it running or your batt light would come on for sure, it will not necc come on because the battery is dead *ain't that stupid?*.

Sorry I can't be to much help, but that should help give you peace of mind.

Hey your in the same boat I was one week ago. My car would not start. I found out that my alarm system had a short circuit so I had to disconnect the thing and get a new battery. My car is running fine now minus the alarm system. So if you have an alarm system you could be having the same trouble as me.
