I need to get a part from a China based company which has no American correspondants. I need to either call their service line or write an email to them. I tried asking if anyone speaks English, but not really. Any help is appreciated.

Maybe you could try using a language translator, google probably has one.

I thought of that, but I've heard the accuracy is horrible. I'll try it as a last resort. Even if someone knows how to write Chinese and could fax a translation to me would be awesome.

So, you are saying that you English/Chinese bilingural and you find those transulators to be inaccurate?

Yah Chinese is my first language, and my English is alright. I'll do my best to help you to write an email. Those sites don't have 100% accurate translation on some words, and it would be hard to write a complete sentence even if you get translation on every single word. Different grammars are the problem, so I wouldn't recommend using web translators especially in your case of writing a letter/email.

Cool. Do you think they'll be Email barriers such as font differences or anything. Maybe I'd have better luck Faxing a hard copy? What do you think. BTW, You english is better than a lot of people on this forum's lol.

lol thx! I'd say go for email first and then try fax if it doesn't work. It depends on where you are sending email/fax to. People in Taiwan and Hong Kong use Traditional Chinese, and people from China mostly use Simplified Chinese. (Many people from China do understand Traditional Chinese though...) There is no major difference besides that.

I really appreciate your help, I got one email back from them I did with their own translator. THey thought I was trying to buy 1000 screens from them
