Rep Power: 0 If you find out let me know. Mine only does it sometimes. Wait you mean the remote chirps right. If you mean the car itself chirps, hold I+II until you hear a beep.

Rep Power: 0 Not sure. Sometimes I get three extra chirps from my remote. Sounds a lot like the TV show "24" going off. I like it! As for how to make it stop or make it do it everytime I have no clue. What model do you have.

Rep Power: 0 mine did this, what was wrong is a pin in one of the harnesses came out, cause I was messin around down by the brain. You should get it checked out.
Does the alarm register as being turned off after you disarm it? Or does your light continue to blink?

Rep Power: 0 sorry, the descriptive thread came up after. will keep in mind. anyways, after some further investigating in daylight i found the problem. someone opened their door on mine, (area where the glove was flashing in my remote). guess that's what happens when you work in an office right beside an orthodontist. goddamn kids hopping outta vans

Rep Power: 0 If you read your manual OR download one you'll find that the piece of toast is actually an indication that the hood pin that was installed under the hood is faulty. It's a very common problem... Talk to who installed it for you and have them fix it since it should be under warranty.
You will not be able to arm the alarm until you have that pin fixed.
