U really need to do your research. Lots of HU have these. Sorry for the lame reply, but that's what you get from a lame question.
Be more specific. What kind of settings are you looking to adjust??? (If your answer is "I don't know") Please use a search engine and do some research.

pioneer, alpine clarion sony all have add on eq's.I believe sony has a dual 30 bit one of the only out there last time I installed for a shop and it was $1,000.00. They are din size or they'll mount in the truck like an amp.
I had a sony m9905x that had DSO that really kicked *ss.
I also had a lower end Alpine that did not even have a loud button. All I know is the 2 radios were extremely different in sound. I was not really sure how to explain it.
I know each radio has its own name for its built in eq settings.( eg. Sony has DSO and Alpine has Bass Engine). I was wondering which was better or if it is just prefference.
Thanks

did u just mention sony as a good deck??? first time I've heard that. Sony makes crap car audio.
btw, so what if the alpine didn't have a "loud" button. The loud option always makes your bass sound like crap. I have never turn on the loud in any deck I have own.
Just buy a clarion deck, and you'll be set. Clarion decks my not look that nice on the outside, but they will beat a sony deck in SQ in day of the week.

pioneer 940mp
13 band graphic eq
loudness
BBE + octaver
sound field control
time alignment
position selector
sub control + level
preset EQ
built-in crossovers
That is all in BASIC PRO mode
Select NETWORK mode for a multi-amp system and you get to adjust slopes, Q, separation, and all sorts of things.

Pioneer decks usually have a 7-13 band parametric EQ. They are easily tuned, and the menus aren't several layers deep. Good and easy to work with, and easily tunable.
Alpine are a along the same lines as far as menu layers, and equalization options. Easy to navigate and tune.
Eclipse decks are a tougher to navigate than both, but also intensive on the EQ, and have a lot of tunability, along wiht being very good quality decks.
Nakamichi decks are also tuned easy, but they aren't all glitz and glamor like those three. They're basic decks, that have a stock appearance. Good quality though.
All 4 of those should fit your description fine, and offer you the flexability that you want, to an extent. I'd rather recommend a seperate equalizer that allows you to more finely tune the audio, plus you can get a wider spectrum of tunability with most EQ's out there.

Pioneer is the best by far for the money, I have heard and installed alpines, rockfords, clarions, and i would never trade my pioneer for any one of them. But the true response to this question isnt even what brand is the best. You get what you pay for. Every company has good head units for alot of money and sucky headunits for cheap. Its just like amps and subs. You can get a W0 from jl audio and it wont be very loud but its cheap, or you can get a w7 for ALOT of money and have the loudest, clearest sub on the market. If you wanted the midrange value for an HU, i would go for pioneer from the nearest best buy or circuit city, they even install for free...
roam around www.crutchfield.com www.sounddomain.com and see the specs/reviews of the decks that may interest you.
as for quality brands, i personally favor pioneer because every one that has owned one loved theres. same goes for alpine if your willing to spend a little more.
as for audio controls like EQs, sub drivers (loud:mid/low/high), frequencies, etc. most of the newer aftermarket decks offer that. but some of course have better adjustings than the other. (most likely the higher priced brands). what kind of "EQs and sound controls" are you mainly looking for?

As far as head units go, I like some pioneer, a couple clarion but mostly alpine.
Do you not have filters on your amp(s)? Usually xovers are much better quality on amps then on Head Units. I usually like to defeat all sound processing and equalization on my HUs. I'm just curious as to what you are tyring to accomplish. Maybe you could elaborate on your system and what you hope to do, we might be of assistance in more ways than just suggesting our favorite head units.
