flush mounting headunit
heres the deal, I have a DEH8600MP and with it installed using the cage, it looks like junk. So, i wanna flush mount the head unit. From looking around at www.hzemall.com I figure i can mount the Headunit to the rails where the stock pockent mounts to, once its flush I can bond the trim ring to the dash kit using liquid plastic. After that initial layer, can I apply bondo without worrying about it cracking? So my big question is their any place I can buy this liquid plastic besides online, and what brand/color spray paint can I use to match the dash kit? Thanks in advance for any replies?

HzEmAll aka Tim Baillie is a great installer (and local to me too
)
you don't need to do that, you just need a metra 99-7865 to mount around the HU and it will all be flush
