It says Ejecting on the screen and it switches from CD to radio but the motor doesnt even make a noise like its trying at all and no CD comes out. Someone please help cuz Im getting freaking sick of this damn CD!

most likely you fuked it up after you jumped your car.
Jumping a car is supposed to be a last resort because you can fry electrical components in the car. Doesnt usually happen, but does.

Personally, I'd say the probability is high that it's a coincidence. You jumped your car and your JVC **** the bed. Besides, how possibly could Jump starting a vehicle hurt the electrical system if it was done properly?

Remember certain electrical items can only handle a half volt or so, any more can ruin the part. Especially the ECU. at any second some voltage could shoot up and damage the ECU. That is why jumpstarting should be a last resort. No body cares though and does it.
Common sense, why do you think auto manufacturers would give specific instructions on how to jump a vehicle in the manual if it were bad for the car? Jumping a car is like all things. If you do it right, it works well. If you blow it, there are reprocussions.

Well the best thing to do if your roof leaks is to buy a new house, but let's be serious. It's stupid to dump $100 everytime you run your battery dead, when A simple charge will restore the battery to most of it's original charge. As far as jump starting goes, you provide ~14.4v to the battery terminals and from there, the electricity does the job of the battery. Can something go wrong? Yes. Does your car have surge protection? yes. Is it likely something will go wrong? HELL NO. Is the risk worth buying a new battery instead of Jumping? Not if you are normal. If you are interested in jump starting a vehicle and you are worried about your VCMs, you should simply not start the vehicle you are using to jump the dead one.

This is why it is RECOMMENDED to replace your battery instead of jump starting it. No body does that cause they dont want to buy a new battery. But it should be a last option if you can buy a new battery, if not, then go ahead and jump start.

Bad Stuff!! Also be aware that even if you do connect the batteries together correctly there is a slight chance that one of the batteries could explode due to an internal short circuit in either battery. Never place your head directly over the batteries during these procedures!!

I respect what you are saying but the fact is, your are talking about such a slight probability. Yes there is a "slight chance" that your battery will blow up due to a short internally. But there is a "slight chance" that a pellican will **** on my head every time I leave my house. Sure its possible if the moon is in the right phase and saturn is over pluto that a spark will ignite the gasses in your battery. Does it happen? Yep. (Hindenburgh), but not often enough to live your life replacing batteries when a jump would be free. So, if you are worried, AND JUMP IT CORRECTLY, you aren't grounding the cables on or near the batter. You are doing it to some metal somewhere out of the direct vacinity of the battery. Bottom line, no one lives their lives worrying about every possible danger.
