ok so my new speakers do not even pretend that they want to fit... well.. if i had a 1" spacer they might.. but even then...
holy hell.. its is gunna be one hell of a DIY... well.. atleast for me anyway.. this may be the everyday norm for you audio gods.. but for me.. like woah...
wheres my glue gun and hacksaw.. ive got work to do...
i am so glad i cleaned the workbench 2 weeks ago..

my guess is they sell addapters that fit.. but well.. i didnt think of that till i took the door apart.. and no way in hell am i going near any stores today..

ok most of this is fitting together how i thought it would.. should i bother doing a DIY for this when im done.. or is that just a waste of time..

ok... sound question.. theres a tiny lil space between the speaker and the spacer.. i know that with subs this throws off the sound or something.. but these are just in the door.. is it going to make it sound funny.. or give me more road noise or anything?
i can fix it.. but i dont wanna take it all apart again if i dont need to
