Need help on Amp and speaker setup

I'm going to keep the factory head unit in my car. Trying to make it as clean cut as possible. So I was thinking about wiring all the speakers and a sub to a 5 channel amp. I don't want high bass to rattel the screwes out of my tag bracket. I just want high clearity. Been searching for amps to do this found a couple. Anyone know a good one or perhaps a better idea to what I want?

If you can post what you've been looking at and what your price range is, we can give you some suggestions.

It's difficult to get "high clearity" with the stock HU. With the need to use a speaker level to RCA converter, you've probably eliminated any real possibility of great sound quality. Here's my suggestion:

-Replace HU
-Replace front speakers only, preferrably components
-Run the rear OEM's off of the HU
-Get a 4 channel amp, run the fronts off of one side, and bridge the other for the sub.

This would be my suggestion as well. You can get a decet setup like this for ~$800.
