anyone have detailed specs for an Alpine CDA-7864?

the manual is very vague...alpine wrote one manual to cover something like 5 different models..

how much power can the internal amp output? alpine says 60watts x 4 but i'm sure that's not rms.

Its probably something like 40x4 RMS at VERY distorted levels. Most likely its around 7 to 10 W RMS if you compare it to an external amp rating.

i have a 7894 and i get 23 RMS, it says 4x60

does the manual say 23watts rms? how much distortion at 23watts?

the 7864 was from year 2000-2001ish and was one of the more expensive decks from back then. does anyone know if it has the V-drive power supply(the dc to dc convertor, i believe)? if it doesn't, i think tabaleno should be right about 7watts rms.

i cant seem to find any good info on the deck..the manual is garbage...

btw, the deck sounds good but i cant stand the shiety interface...
