Welcome to the forums.
You have to give us more information. What's your budget? Are you going for sound quality or loudness? Do you have an aftermarket headunit? Does space in the trunk matter?

Also, I suggest just brwoisng around and reading threads on http://forum.sounddomain.com and http://www.caraudioforum.com. You'll be surprised by how much you can learn.

also depends on how much youre willing to throw down

we have people on this forum who have spent 50 bucks, and others who have broken the 5000 mark

Ohh... Im like new to this whole scene. Trying to learn the basic of ICE. Im thinking about spending up to about $500. Im not sure what product is good out there. I went around alil and saw some ok products i guess. Maybe Rockford or Infinity i guess. Is dual a good product? And for the space in the trunk, I dunno how big it is, but i drive a 04 civic sedan. Thanks.

oh... gotcha... well.... im just thinking about putting a box in there. like the ones with 2 or 3 subs in a box... but i might change my mind later. i used to want to customize the whole trunk, but that would cost too much. whats a good amp? with how much ever watts? and all that. Im trying to get ideas off how these system works. I want to get speakers, subs and amps for now.

Do you have an aftermarker HU? Running off stock?

Are you going to do the installation yourself?

no i have a sony, except its not installed yet, but of the new 01-04 civic design, i need an installation kit. but i cant find any. This one guy that works at an audio place, said they havent come out with one yet, but they can custom make one for about $50. But i dunno how much they usually cost. I thought 01-03 would have the same audio design as the 04-05 civic. but i guess im wrong.
