I was unwiring my Kenwood radio to take it out, and I don't know which wires touched, but the metal piece where the wire is, touched and made a little smoke, then I put tape on all the wires, I tried to lock the car using the keyless remote, and nothing happened. I checked the fuses, and they are all good. What could the problem be? I don't know where else to look. I need my remote because its a pain in the *** to lock the doors one by one. When my doors are closed, the door lock works. When the doors are open, it doesnt work anymore. I hope someone can help me fix this problem. Thanks guys.
