Trying to swivel mount my tweeters!

Hi,

I think I found the best location to mount my tweeters... but I need something to mount them... but don't know what, or if it exists.

I want to mount them near the door speakers, in the compartment where you can put stuff (don't know what it's called). I'd like to have an arm that starts on the bottom, and goes all the way to the top. I also want to be able to swivel my JL Audio tweeters to point them directly at me (the tweeters don't have a swivel mount, so that'S why I'd like an arm that I'd be able to move like I want).

The reason why I want to mount it from the bottom is that my ride is a lease, and the hole I'll need to drill will be less apparent there.

Anyone has an idea how I could achieve this? I went to Home Depot and Lowes and nobody there has a slight idea of what I could use for this.

Thanks!

eet

I think that's pretty much what I'm looking for (maybe smaller): http://www.ceitron.com/comm/commacc.html (TELESCOPE SWIVEL STAND). However, they are in the US (I'm in Canada) and they don't ship here. Plus, I'd like to see the thing before buying. Where can I buy such a thing locally?

Or any other idea is appreciated!

Thanks!

Here is an idea...

Use PVC piping. A straight piece to go into the pocket, an elbow to aim the tweeter. Tweeter surface mounts into the end of the PVC elbow. Pry can't get the ideal angle, but it might be worth a try.

Why would you want them facing directly at you as opposed to the front, center of the vehicle?
