Alarm problem

I took it up to bestbuy today and got them to check it out, and they found that somewhere the battery was draining very slowly. (I've got an optima too) They said that after a while if it dropped to a certain amount the alarm would trigger. Also said that it would be hard to find the problem. They told me to do what one of u said and next time it went off to check the number of flashes and to call back and they would go from there.
