so where di you did you put the ac control, the defoger control, and the other one for the ac? It looks great but i really dont under stand the reason for teh cpu and the porgram that ur using? I think a nice finaaly step would be to get it painted professionaly and do the trim peaces at the same time.. then it would look offical!

How exactly does it crack? Right in half, or does the bondo simly stop adhering to the plastic? If its the later, we can easily solve it by locking the bondo into place on the plastic using bolts or something that the bondo can fill over... if you get my drift

Bondo makes a fiberglass resin reinforced version of their body filler product. i think i will use this for my furture projects.
so far no problems with my bondo cracking i had it since june.

A body file is a tool (I only use the blade, as the holder gets in the way) used to file away excess bondo, fiberglass, etc. It makes quicker work of smoothing it out, as opposed to sanding. It takes away more with less effort. Not good to finish with, but it smooths it out pretty quick, where sanding time is shorts. Can be picked up at an auto parts store for around $2. I'll see if I can find a pic of one online somewhere.
