Alpine CDA-7998 $400 shipped Crutchfield

I know this HU has been out for a little while, and have read nearly all the reviews for it on this site. Now it's going for $399.99 shipped from Crutchfield, which is actually even a little cheaper than anywhere on eBay has it... not to mention I'd be getting it from Crutchfield, a far superior company.

So my question is do you think it is a good buy at this price? (the lowest I've ever seen it)
