amp/sub problems

my amp that had a whole bunch of things gone bad inside got fixed and i picked it up today. but when i connected all the wires together, the amp says it has power but the subs don't work. i checked all the wiring and its connected right. i don't know if this has something to do with the fact that my amp has been gone for a week, and that i haven't used the subs in about a month but i'm stumped

do you have a volt meter? you could pin point the spot where power isnt flowing and start working from there. have you checked the fuses? and did the store who fixed your amp test it before they gave it back to you?

turboslug will become famous soon enoughturboslug will become famous soon enough
also check the subs with an ohmmeter. the amp might have fried the first time because your sub's voicecoils melted. if you recconnect shorted subs, you'll be looking at more repairs for the amp..hehe

Do you have like a built in EQ in your receiver that can turn your subs on and off?
