WTF: Lights don't work **HELP**

WTF: Lights don't work **HELP**
i just installed a Kenwood Head Unit
and now the gauges does not light up!!!
nor does the taillights (unless i press on the brakes)
i checked all the fuses and all is fine...i don't know what it could be

Rep Power: 0 You blew a fuse by either not insulating the illumination wire at the back the deck or by mistaking it for a ground source and connected to your deck.
What year is the car? I'm assuming it's a Civic.
