So I have been trying everything lately to put some more highs in my system, and it has been a ROYAL pain in the a$$!!! I had the x-over to my tweeters on +5 and I had the treble at plus 2...and I just wasn't getting the right treble...I had originally switched from Quarts to the Perfects because they lacked midbass in the door. So I put the perfect in kicks thinking that I would get even more midbass with kicks, AND that the tweets would be almost as loud in the kicks
as the quarts were in the sail panels....well the midbass is perfect, but I could never get the tweets to get loud enough...

anywayz, what I did today (Since I love the Perfect midrange and the Quart highs) is that I turned the Perfect tweeters to -4, and I reinstalled the quart tweets in the sail panels (I am running the Perfect set with just the quart tweeters)...and it gets LOUD again...and still sounds good!!!! ...it is ghetto, but I love it.

I need one of those blog things.
