Under Hood Neon

I am thinking of putting some neon accent lights under the hood, I use streetglow for the interior and trunk but dont know if they can take the engine heat, anyone done this? let me know, if not Ill do it and tell you if the plastic melts!

I never thought I would like them either, but I keep them hidden away and hook up switches so i can keep them off if I want. You can only see them when they are turned on, nothings worse than a big plastic tube in the daylight, I keep the switches hidden too.

youd probably hve to call up streetglow, liteglow, eurolite, nd ll these companies to find out. i think its the most ridiculous thing in the world to do, but its your car
