find out of those who have owned them have used them for midrange up to 3000 Hz.

if someone has tried that and found the performance to be satisfactory, they would perform satifactory in kickpanels.

my gut tells me it was not designed to work so high, but if you like the way they sound at 3k, theres no reason not to use them as mids in a component set!

6w0's as mids, or for dedicated midbass, or as subwoofers?

fiberglass cloth. id tape off the stock kick area, and use fiberglass weave cloth to conform to that area. im not sure how id do it exactly exactly, whether Id soak it and then attatch it to the kick, or just attatch it to the kick dry then soak it, or soak it them lay down the kick so it adheres

but after that, id get on the inside and lay up squares of fiberglass matting on the weave and the plastic to stiffen the whole thing up.

then id stuff the **** out of it with fiberfill, and load it up

should be good!
