Did you check all the underhood fuses as well as the ones under the steering wheel? Also, did you use a fuse tester, or did you take them out and visually check them?

Checked under the hood and steering wheel? I checked them visually no burns and none were blown

hmm...this sounds like a fuse problem. I'm guessing its one of the ones under the hood. I would check it with a tester if I were you. Are you sure you didnt miss any?

I had this problem for awhile, it turned out there was a short in the systeem that had burned a wire to complete and total corrosion. id start checkign your wiring, see if you cant find any overly soft or overly hard insulation, or any wires that just plain dont have any!

also check exposed ends of wiring for corrosion, a corroded wire may have been corroded due to excessive current.

when I disconnected the short, the entire car went back to normal. breathed a sigh of relief that nothign was broken, and fixing ONE thing fixed everything, rather than having to fix everything specific one at a time!
