Okay herez the deal...im gettin my speakers on friday...2 12" JL Audio w3's. My problem is that i'm having a difficult time trying to find a good amp that will push my w3's and then some. Here is a list of 3 amps i plan on choosin from....

Soundstream Tarantula 880w/2CH
Soundstream RUBIcon 1000w/2CH
Rockford Fosgate 851S

i'm just wanting something that will push those enuff, but that will not blow out my speakers anytime soon...my bro insisted on the RUBIcon...i need more opinions guys!! Help a brotha out!

Subrage is an unknown quantity at this point
umm... yea, The top 2 amps will blow those w3's pretty fast. I believe those put out 880 watts per channel at 4 ohms

A simple JBL 1200 with the gains turned down quite a bit would be perfect

herez the breakdown on the amps...

Soundstream Tarantula
220 watts RMS x 2 @ 4 ohms
440 watts RMS x 2 @ 2 ohms
880 watts RMS x 1 @ 4 ohms mono

Soundstream RUBICON
200 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms
500 watts RMS x 2 at 2 ohms

Rockford Fosgate 851s
215 watts RMS x 2 @ 4 ohms
425 watts RMS x 2 @ 2 ohms

so I don't think they will blow the speakers....i need more opinions!
