help with wiring...

ok, so heres what i want to do, i dont want to splice my fog lights into my lights so im trying to figure out a way to do this

make it so that the power switch for the fog lights only gets power if and only if the power is supplied to the normal lights while still remaining separate

what i want is circled in red

something there that will only allow the power from the battery thru only if the power is on for the parking light, also i want the choice of having the switch too
