Hmmm...

How old is this deck? Is it a CD player? I was searching Panasonic's parts locator, and they don't have an entry for your model number...

Also, is it the wiring harness that you're looking for?

I've bought parts and accessories directly from Panasonic, and I've gotten very good service from them; I would suggest trying their Parts Locator:

Panasonic Parts Locator

If you can't get your exact model to come up (I could find an entry for the 88, but not one for the 99), you can call the 800 number, and I'm sure they can find the part for you.

Good luck!
