HELP!!! RCA/AMP/SUBWOOFER problem
I am having a problem with my subwoofer. I recently sent off my amplifier to circuit city to have it serviced. When the amp was returned they just replaced the rca outputs on the amp.
Well the problem i am having is that sometimes my sub will hit fine then sometimes it doesnt hit as hard for a short time. But, when i kinda hit right below my headunit the sub hit like normal. I am starting to think that i possibly have bad rca's.
what do you all think about this situation and what is going on?

OK, so you sent your AMP out, and they replaced RCA outputs or inputs? What was the problem you sent the amp out for?
And when you hit the dashboard below the headunit, the sub fixes itself?
I would say take your HU out and make sure the RCA's are in tight. Obviously its going to be either a wiring or HU problem since when you hit it, it starts working again.

the amp was sent out for loss of power. and they replaced the rca inputs.
I am gonna take it apart tonight at the house to see if the rcas are fine or not.
