digitial music headunit?
I know kenwood has the music key, but you need to have a kenwood headunit, but i dont really like their headunit, and then there is the built in harddrive that sony makes, but its like over a grand, are their any other options for like 500 total that would allow me to play my 3 gb of music?
check out eclipse, they make an attatchable harddrive for the 5 series radios. its got like 20 gig of storage, or something rediculous like that
you cna even record songs off the radio, you hear the first 3 minutes of a song and say "hey thats a badass song" hit record, and it already was recording the first 5 minutes, so you still get the whole song.
your friend jumps into the car and says "hey check out this cd" pops it in and you think how great it is, hit a button and it records his entire CD onto the harddrive, now its yrou CD too
and eclipse has got a fierce pricewar going on, you can prolly get teh radio for $250-300 RETAIL, i would bet the harddrive unit has gotta be like $300 or something liek that, if you bought online, you could probbaly get it for under $500, but even retail yrou looking at only about $600 of equipment, minus parts and install......

Ludlam Theory then you should look into getting kenwood music key i think the most is 20 gigs but how do you have that much music?
maybe all go with a minidisc reviever like this one http://www.crutchfield.com/cgi-bin/S...=XL#morephotos cause i think it would be better then having so many cds and also would hold more music anyways i think they hold like 5 hours worth or something like that
