I got a cap for my car because I had diming going on, now with the cap wired only 6 inches from the amp, no more diming. Oh yeah, and I have 1000watts going into my 1 Sub DVC. So I believe in the cap!

Yeah, thats about all it's good for. Our issue is with people that think it does other things for your electrical system; when in fact, it doesnt.

is that a sealed or ported box? and how did you get it into your trunk? through the actual trunk or through the backseat? i'm putting a dual sub box (custom built) into my 95 sedan, and there's no way i could get something that large looking through my trunk. congrats on the clean look! prefab box?
