Hu I am trying to see if you can get the code to turn the factory unit back on from some place else other than the dealer. The guys at Lyndell Honda in Florida are idiots and told me that me hu was not in the system.

Rep Power: 0 thats messed up. I never got a car with my car, or I losed it. But when my battery went dead when I still had my stock HU, I called the dealership, they just asked me to give them some basic information like name, address, etc. After that, they gave me the code and it worked fine. Just go there and get them to fix it.

Rep Power: 0 No I did not receive a card when I got the car. I also took the radio info to the dealer, but they said it was not in the system. I have an after market HU, I just wanted the info in case I put it back in if I sell the car...

that number is going to be difficult to get if you don't have the card that comes with the car... its on a pamphlet like thing, mine was stcuk in my owners manual when i got the car... lok back through your papers and see if you overlooked it, if its not there, go to the dealer and ask them for the card for it, and if they dont have it, demand that they get it for you from honda, being as you never recieved it... if that doesn't work, you can contact honda and they can give you the information related to the VIN number... not sure of how that process will work, but they should be able to give it to you...
