Question UK Civic owner looking for some help

Hi Guys,

Im looking for info on how to remove the radio mounting box which includes the storage 'dooket' underneath. The euro civics that have manual transmisson have the gear stick sticking out of the dash directly underneath the buttons for rear screen demister, A/C etc.. so the guide on here on how to remove is not applicable for me....

I would appreciate any help.

Regards,

Neildo.

Sorry, not knowing what a USDM SI dash looks like, I cannot answer that.

I took the plunge and set about the dash this evening. Managed to get it out, without damage (phew). There are 2 screwbolts holding a bracket in place, when they are loosened, the fascia can be prised off.

If anyone is interested, I could take some digital stills and post them here.

Thanks for the replies.

Regards,

Neildo.

aha...the euro 4 door hatch. Yeah, we don't have that in the US. Probably won't get it either, since the 2 door hb doesn't sell well.
I was gonna ask which engine that comes with, but I looked it up at honda.co.uk
1.4litre with 95hp.

Well, it may be a little lean in the HP department - after all, its the family car.

For days when a little more HP is required:
