Ok, I have a 9 inch neon and one 9 inch LED bar hooked up to the same switch using the same power source. Would it be safe to add another 12 inch blacklight to the safe circuit? Or should I just go out and buy another switch?

depends on the switch rating. many switchs can have up to 20 amps through them, but not all. also depends on how much current the lights pull. just put an inline fuse of 20A in if you're worried about damaging anything. i don't think those lights will pull more than 20 amps, though
