First off, I have a sedan with four infinity 6.5 speakers (2-way). The speakers are on a 40x4 rms alpine amp. I also have two 10" subs installed. Recently, I bought a set of tweeters to surface mount on the triangle corners. My question is, will they sound okay up front with the 6.5 speakers? I was thinking of just wiring them to the deck for power (22x4 rms). Thanks for any help.

it should work if theyre crossed over, but it might just be too much high freq. unless you like getting deafened and hearing nothing but cymbals.

The tweeters won't be amped, just the 6.5 speakers. Also the tweeters have a built in crossover at 3.5khz I think. Hopefully they won't be too bright.
