alright, i installed my tv, only problem is i have to power off my radio now when i turn the car off, or it will stay on... i tapped the tv power wire and ground into the wiring harness for my radio... what is causing this? i also have to power down the tv before i can exit the car... what's the deal?

you have the remote lead hooked to the power constant wire perhaps?

remote lead? the tv doesn't have a remote lead (at least i don't think it does), it has a power and a ground... all i did was snipped the connector off of the power wire on the harness, then i re-stripped the wires and tied in the power wire for the tv into the power wire for the head-unit. now the HU will not go off when the switch is powered off, i have to physically turn off the power to it. turning off the tv is no big deal, i was just wondering why i had to physically power off the HU? i can always d/c the tv and tie it's power wire into the remote for my amp i guess, i didn't figure it'd make any problems though hooking it up how i did, which is also how the instructions for the tv said to do it...
