Mounting box
if you need pics ill take some but im lazy so ill try it with out
ok my box and my amp are both in the trunk just sitting there and every time i make a sharp turn, WHAM, box slides around and amp as well.........just wondering how you guys mount your boxes and where you put your amps, my amp wont fit under the seats so the only thing i can think of is mounting the amp on the side of the box and drilling some holes on the bottom of the box and through the floor ( you know the one covering the spare tire) but then its a pain if i have to get to the spare.........ARGHHHHHHHHH

be careful if you decide to run screws through the bottom of the box... that sub-floor is thin and you'll run it into your spare... i know from experiance..... luckily i talked honda into warrantying it... i'd do a new trunk floor just to make it a little thicker, if not, you can always put l-brackets on it and screw it to the sub floor... and mount the amp to the back of the seats...

If you can get to it, you can probably put the l-brackets on the sides and bolt the box to the back of the seat, then bolt the amp to the side of the trunk wall...I'm not sure cuz I personally don't have a civic, but I've seen it done more than once, and it held. If the box is small enough, try it, that way you don't have to worry about running a screw through the spare.
i know this is useless informatin, but i just found this out after talking to a repo man...any thing mounted to the car belongs to them..body kit, subs, amps...dunno i thought it was intersting
