HP or AP or LP

I have a 4 channel RF amp powering my speakers... my question is what should i have the front and rear crossovers set to on the amp? High Pass, All Pass or Low Pass?

Also i set the HPF on my headunit at 125hz.

By the way I have Kappas all around and one 12".

I would try what OyD said, and then try it the other way around to see if there's any quality difference.
The other way would be AP on the headunit and High pass on the amp. Especially if the frequency is adjustable on the amp. You can tune it to the speakers' capability.
