i am looking at getting a new head unit for my 01' Vic, right now i have the stock ex HU and there is also the factory in dash 6-disc changer below it. in order for me to get a new HU i will have to take out the changer and i will need something to put there. i figured i would just put in the stock little peice of plastic with the little compartment but i dont know where to get it from. if anyone has any other ideas about to put in that area or if you know where to pick up the stock compartment please post up.

you need to buy a install kit from someplace like Electronic Express that sells audio equipment like that. It is just a plastic piece that has a pocket on the bottom and trim going around it to hold the aftermarket head unit. Just make sure you get the right one for your car. Should be under $20.
